  2. Hurricanes are notorious in UK for the October 1987 Great Storm. A well loved BBC Weather man Micheal Fish made the statement on the lunchtime weather broadcast 'Earlier today a woman phoned the BBC asking about a hurricane. Don't worry '. OOps! Wrong in a very big way :-) Are you familiar with Robert Fitzroy? Captain of HMS Beagle and pionner Meterologist? We also has a Hercules W Mk2 XV208 AKA Snoopy ,now sadly retired.
