  2. London Airport ? Which one?😁 lets start with the Grand Daddy, Croydon, the UK's first international airport opened 1920, EGCR- Famous as the birthplace of the callsign MAYDAY. Now closed, though the control tower and airport hotel are a musuem. London Heathrow LHR, London Gatwick LGW, London Luton LTN, London Stanstead STN-Also has the dubiuos honour of being the Hijack Airport for Europe. London Southend SEN and last but not least, the ex RAF WW2 Battle of Britian Fighter station Biggin Hill BQH.
