  20.  @adrianatgaming8640  Western media is so misleading, only tells you half story that matching their narratives. 1.Mainstream media never reported that it's Dr.Zhang Jixian, the first person verified and COVID19 and reported to Wuhan CDC, then investigation kicked off immediately, and local media also reported there's unknown pneumonia spreading but under investigation, but it seems meanstream media just made Li Wenliang as icon but never mentioned real whistleblower Zhang Jixian even once. 2.Dr.Li Wenliang told his friends There's SARS(which is not after investigated) spreading but don't tell others on WECHAT, but his friend leaked his messeges to warn public, so this whisleblower's intension is NOT TELL OTHERS, why Dr.Li Wenliang knew he can't tell others, because it's against Law on Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases, any indivivual people or doctor can't announce epidemic without investigation, only central CDC has authority to report epidemic after investigation, every country's CDC has such law to prevent public panic. both Dr. Zhang Jixian and Dr. Li Wenliang are communist members, so they both got honored by people and government for their sacrifice. 3.Dr.Li Wenliang's leaked messege means procedure is illegal but result is moral, but it's still impossible for anyone can announce unknown disease in the future, if any doctor can just announce pandemic without investigation, then sociality will be in panic everyday. 4.But there's like 10 days NO CASES reported before lockdown, so it's Wuhan CDC tried to not report new cases or they don't have testing kits anymore, this should be questioned and investigated, if it's true then it's the BIGGEST MISTAKE that Wuhan government made, and Wuhan people should be mad about it and some Wuhan politicians should step down for it. 5.There's COVID19 cases in other countries much earilier than Wuhan's first case, so BLAME CHINA FOR NOT REPORTING EARLIER became BS, because China is first to report when other countries treated is as FLU.
