  5. 如果说造，就只造一座最高的桥，那可以说是面子工程，可是当中国桥梁最高最长都屠榜了，那就是认真的了。有的人会说基础建设是浪费钱，但如果你看多山的瑞士的人均桥梁长度，人均铁路长度，人均公路长度都是世界领先，说明国家越发达基础建设越多越好，中国人均基础设施拥有量还比不上瑞士，说明中国依然是发展中国家，而基础建设不是太多而是不够多要继续建。
