  2. all test and cure is free, whole 1.4b Chinese(3xEU population) stay home for at least 20 days, everything is shut down and even 5 people gathering is not allowed, people only go to supermarket for food, all other provinces support Hubei with everything they need, that's what China did to stop it so quickly.
