I think Mongolia should be afraid of Chinese more maybe, because there's only 3 million Mongols in Mongolia, but there's 6 million Mongols in inner Mongolia PRC, and there's 1.4 billion people in China, Monglia's GDP per capita is 4100usd, but inner Mongolia GDP per capita is 9800usd, China even inner Mongolia is just too stronger than outer Mongolia, kinda like New Mexico is just richer than Mexico. Chinese history book (MING QING ROC PRC history book all regarded Yuan Empire as Chinese Empire) didn't regard Mongols conquest Song Dynasty as CIVIL WAR, because Han≠Chinese, there's 56 ethnic groups as Chinese nations, so China regarded Mongol, Manchu, Tibetan, Uyghurs are ethnic groups to Chinese nation, so Chinese nationalists hoped to take back Mongolia and Siberia part that YUAN Empire controlled before.
