you are right, Russia can't just rely on American promise because USA won't keep promise, Russia need to put nukes in Cuban again to force USA to leave Ukraine.

@Reader Stuff it's a promise between Americans and Russians, well don't push too hard because last time when Germans headed to east then Russians stopped them in Poland.
