Because Greece is the winner of the Balkan War, World War I, and World War II, and only the winner and big contributors set new world order!!! so when West and Soviet let ROC navy to control SCS in 1945, because Chinese suffered most and killed Japs more in Asia but all Indochina surrendered in 1942, it's Soviet and USA accepted 11dashline and gave ROC 4 warships in 1946, that's why today Taiwan still claim and control Taiping and Dongsha since 1945!!!
