@sircagnalas6732 well, you know both China and Taiwan claims South China Sea since 1940s? so it's Phillipines aggression, or how did you get Thitu island from Taiwan navy 1971? today both China and Phillipines don't really touch Scarborough because both wants peace, and more trade. but if Phillipines joins USA's containment against China, then China would arm Scarborough to threaten Phillippines, you would see more aggression.
