China built 2/3 highspeed railways of the world just in 12 years after The 2008–09 Chinese economic stimulus plan through infrastructure which is 586 billion US dollar, most Westerners don't even know it's econonic recovery plan just after American Wallstreet Crsis 2008, so China bailed out herself, world economy, American economy and especailly Australian economy, so thanks to Wallstreet to make China greater.
