Sino-Indian conflicts, enemy is India Army. Sino-Soviet conflicts, enemy is Soviet Army. Battle of Paracel islands, enemy is South Vietnam Navy. Sino-Vietnamese conflicts, enemy is Vietcong army and navy. Cambodian-Vietnamese War, enemy is pro-Vietcong force. Soviet-Afghan War, enemy is pro-Soviet force. when Cold War ended, then China has not involving any major conflicts for 30 years.
