China intervered in First Indochina war against France and Vietnam war against US, but China has not set military base in North Vietnam, US has military base surrounding China, but China is still too colonist?

  4. @rey gomez Soft power comes after Hard power, Ancient Chinese Empire(especially the emperor is Han people) had not even spreading preaching exporting Confucianism to Korea Japan Vietnam, it's they admired Han Empire, Tang Empire and Ming Empire's ideology and brought it back, Han people is defensive race so they don't want to conquer other culture and force them what to think like Islam did to Western Eastern Asia or Christianity did to Africa and Americas. but modern China had been exporting Maoism to Korea and Indochina from 1945-1979.
