China already trade with BRI more than West, China is also de-risking with US allies.

@Leshic2 Chinese company can hire locals, but budget will be much higher as long as you can pay more, well if you don't want cheap and quick Chinese infrastructure, then why you want American infrastructure or European infrastructure company? because it's even more cost and time.

@Leshic2 but when you are complain about Chinese infrastructure company, it's already cheapest and fastest, Chinese company also hire Africans to do in infrastructure in Africa, like 90% workers are African locals, it's the cost is cheaper than bring Chinese workers, the problem is time will be much longer time because locals are not skilled or too lazy, because only Chinese worker used to work overtime, finish the job as,quick as possible but as long as local government can accept longer time then it's OK, what would you choose then?
