Soviet used to report CCP's warning from CCP's mouthpiece People's Daily, Russians used to laugh at Chinese Final Warning about US or Taiwan reconnaissance aircrafts invader China, Russians thought CCP only warned but did no action, but they don't know details that actually CCP shot down many spy planes, Russians stopped joking since Soviet troops got surprise attack in Sino-Soviet Conflicts 1969, then Soviet tried containing China in Afghanistan and Vietnam. CCP also warned Vietcong to leave Cambodia for two years, blamed Vietnam's pro-Soviet anti-Chinese position, condemned Vietnam's genocide against Boat People and border dispute, Vietnam thought they knew very well PLA can't fight after Great Cultural Revolution when both were allies against USA, Vietnam thought they are much better than Chinese as No.3 military only after US Soviet, Vietnam also signed military alliance with Soviet in 1978, when Vietnam was busy with Cambodia and got used to Chinese Final Warnings, Vietnam only put few militia to defend North border with China in 1979. CCP carried on Special De-industrilization Operation, easily destroyed all military, agriculture, civilian infrastructure built by China during Vietnam War on Northern Vietnam, CCP hit and run within one month not got trapped in communist People's Warfare like France USA, then CCP kept attacking and harrassing Vietnam on border until Vietnam withdrew from Cambodia Laos in 1991.
