  2.  @thegreatdane3627  If China builds missile bases in Cuba or Mexico, the United States will decouple and impose sanctions in 1 week regardless of harm, and may even initiate a second nuclear blackmail. It’s not like this has never happened in history, because Russia is an independent sovereign country, and of course Putin will put security above money. Is it that the EU doesn’t know history, or does it dare not know it under pressure from USA?
