  4. cars to Chinese this generation, like chopsticks to American this generation...if you have been to India and ASEANS Iran, it's more chaotic, that's why they are developing countries.. 5 years ago, drunk driving is very serious social problem, now it's almost disappeared in my city, today my local gov fines so much on jaywalking, not yield to pedestrians, so let's see 5 years later..

  5. I visited 30 countries, only Japan is very strict, Chinese drivers can't get International Driving Permit, so can't rent a car in Japan.. China is not in The United Nations Convention on Road Traffic, because Taiwan is in there..so why your country allow Chinese to rent a car without IDP?
