  1. ​​​ @cliffgaither  Russia is rich in natural resources, Russian population is only 10% of China, so Russia doesn't really need natural resources from other countries, but China as largest industrial power, China need very much natural resources from the world, but the key difference is China buys natural resources from Africa, China pays the money and get oil without military coercion/regime change, just like how China buys resources from Russia Saudi Brazil, that's why you see so many infrastructure built by China for local civilians, China only got One overseas military base in Djibouti, but West set up a puppet government, bribed the corrupt officials and paid nothing to locals, that's why Africa is still starving but Australia is rich. China pays but West doesn't, or too little maybe 1% from revenue, that's difference between investment and exploitation.
