So there's much earlier cases than Wuhan in other countries, China also shows how lock-track-test can work, but still blame China as first country to report and respond well? well, then I know they blame China just on purpose, OK these people should thank China's quick response like Spain did in 1918, because if not heroic countries like Spain and China, death numbers will be 20 times more, and you will die as FLU!
