China builds your roads, bridges, dams, power stations, schools and hospitals, you sell your natural resources to Chinese market, just that's how Saudi Australia Russia Brazil do trade with China, when you get your economy booming then you can buy more Chinese goods, if you can't have natural resources then China would move factories to your countries, just like Ethiopia Indochina do trade with China, when they became rich then they would also buy more Chinese goods, geopolitically they would choose Beijing not Taiwan as ONLY CHINA. but USA builds your freedom, democracy, human rights, and military bases, after regime change then a pro-USA dictator/democratic puppet would sell natural resource with nothing gettting back, then the country would be looted and people would stay poor forever it's called Banana Republic. so now it's time for USA to change policy, you can't brainwash third world forever, because poor countries got new choice so you can't make quick money now, USA has to really offer a better choice to other countries.
