I don't think US politicians care about morality, US politicians want a new Cold War with China because they think China is easy target to win, for military war or trade war, but US politicians forgot what role China played in Korean War and Vietnam War, they can't even win then when China was backwards like Africa so how to win now? more ironically, US politician said staying in Afghanistan against Taliban is expensive, but going war with China against PLA is not expensive?? US stayed in Afghanistan because US can use Afghanistan to threaten China Iran, right? what US politicians did is : well, threatening China is costly, how about just fight directly maybe?
