  2. This was brutal to watch because he was really menacing. My narcissistic ex was waaay smoother and never violent. He went to military school and was a professional wrestler and avoided using physical force unless actually needed. By needed I mean to protect others. He preferred using psychological and emotional routes to get what he wanted. That doesn't mean I wasn't walking on eggshells around him or that damage wasn't done (maybe more because it took longer to get away from him). I'm good now tho with a new set of skills to spot narcs very fast. 😁
