@persianguy2849 what happens to the investors when price goes down such as now? 😂 Btw there’s plenty of land in Canada and why aren’t they built on? During the pandemic negative interest rate encourages buying demand. Now it’s a real demand market as we had 1m people moved into Toronto. Investor is only one part of the equation. Lack of planning, high demand and low interest rate all play their roles.
