  2.  @alimomen  the problem in Canada isn’t about land availability, but lack of funds to build homes and building costs increases daily with inflation. These guys lie through their lips daily. They never have any plan to make anything successful. They cause 1m people to homelessness, and build 200 units for them. I ask my MP for housing start number and they never return call. 2024 GTA’s housing start is 1/10 of last year, while densification was automatically given throughout the province already.
