  4. Because economically it’s beyond control. Most landlords don’t get to cover expenses with rents. They speculate on appreciation of prices, which cannot happen now.

  6.  @ronberman8947  lip services. Tory took years just to debate over Scarborough light rail but never got built. Now it’s unsafe to use and people are moving outta the area. Thanks to Tory, real estate prices along the way is going down. Tory built one affordable housing; made lots of public appearances then stopped building. He’s outta reality.
