While everything in this video is obviously true, I don't think we can discount the influence of Alexander the Great and the Crusades as factors that have turned this area from the cultural center of the world to a smoking ruin. This is the area where human culture has mostly originated and developed and Europeans ended up destroying basically all of it.

  3. Not really relevant to the video as a whole, but a biblical scale flood would be literally the entire world flooded. That's not a dam breaking, that's just global warming.

  4. It's true and you can see that our country ends up near the top of almost ever list related to living standards and stuff like that. The biggest outlier of course is nature. The Netherlands is one of the countries that takes the worst care of its nature. Pretty much completely destroyed it and working on destroying the final few parts that are still there. Can't be the best at everything right? The pronunceation of most Dutch words is hilarious. Keep it up!
