The father doesn't understand just how serious and dangerous this is. This is a warning that action needs to be taken immediately to get this woman help NOW. Under no circumstances should this woman ever be alone with these children. Further, it sounds like this lady may need to have her tubes tied so she won't get pregnant again and this man needs to get a vasectomy. Very sad. Take action before there is a tragedy.

Based on the woman's comments about not being afraid of the man repeat3dly and also saying she was tired of him intimidating her I believe there is mire to this story. Sounds like he had done something to make her make these remarks. I think that she knew he wouldn't do anything to her outside in public and took advantage of that to get back at him.
