  1. Not really; the way it was phrased implied "apart from academic/professional level". However, I agree with him: a teacher with kids is for me better qualified for the job then someone with maybe higher education level but no kids or siblings.

  2. Well, technically, as stated in the video, it could be for an atheist. This said, anyone who feels aggressed by someone saying "bless you" is obviously a total asshole and probably deserves a good kicking, to learn what aggression really is!
