  4. Is Fla that lax in inspections, that thing shouldn't be on the road, it's a menace to any and all on the same road. And are people that goofy, they actually think it's ok to drive this junk. No wonder Germany is so far ahead, I didn't even see a dirty car in Germany from Frankfurt to Munich. No plastic stuff flapping and falling off,no wheels sticking out past wheel wells, no jacked up goofy pickups, no junk allowed on their pristine roads and highways.
