  1. In Jersey it's illegal to only use a plug, plugs are rated as TEMPORARY....must be patched from inside...and in nail or something is in sidewall, no patch, also a violation, they can get in big trouble, if they repair sidewall and something happens....it ain't worth it, replace the tire

  3. my battery tester uses loads, no loads, rev engine, idle under load etc...more than just static checks, it even checks while cranking engine to really test the battery
