Also nato has some of the best scientists in the world.. If Ukraine has nuclear weapons..much of Russia would be destroyed as well..if it uses nukes on Ukraine , (That's if Putin wants to take this route.?!!!.)AND SO FAR THATS WHAT PUTIN SEEMS TO BE INDICATING. THAT RUSSIA WOULD USE NUKES.. We must massively increase our Arsernals all over the world..
