  1. This is just a money grabber doing this ! .There is no way this song was stolen...If we were looking at " Hes so fine" by the chiffons . That was definitely a RIP off ! By George Harrison.. " my sweet lord" it is very obvious see.. As far as chord sequences go how many songs are written useing similar chords , I would say at least 40 percent. I really hope that Marvin's co writer loses this case..Or it will be a sad day for the music industry!..
