  1. A thriving Democracy is one of the hardest types of governing to sustain. Why? Because unlike Authoritarian governments, Decocracies MUST have the full participation of the people! The people are the guarantors and watchdogs of Democracy. Example: After the Putin/Medyved dance when Putin was running against in 2012, the people should have risen up and said NO, you had two terms. They should have protested like the Georgians did like Hong Kongers, like Israelis, every Saturday for months. This is what it takes, the people as policemen.
