  1. I’m watching this war very closely since the opening crossing of the border by Russia. I am a child of the Cold War and had great hopes for Russia after the fall of the Soviet Union. Alas I saw Vladimir Putin turn his back on joining Europe and the West but I never expected what I saw in 2014 n 2022. I’ve seen the great and swift growth of Ukraines military production with awe and happiness. I can’t wait until Ukraine has won and joined the EU. I think Ukraine is going to gibe Germany a run for its money in Military production. That will become a thriving part of the economy and I am excited for the future.
