These so called rebels follow Wahhabism/Salafism (the same as the majority of Muslims in Saudi Arabia and ISIS). The White Helmets have close links to Al Qaeda and Al Nusra and provide falsified footage for Western media to brainwash the masses and also to use a pretense to attack. Israel has been treating jihadist in their military hospitals. Top Israeli officials back ISIS and other jihadists groups as they want to the Middle-East destabilised and Assad out of power.
