  3.  @flatoutflatbroke  they seemed to enjoy it more than the current state of Britain with an ever growing immigrant population, Islamic terrorism, political correctness, affordable housing with moral and cultural decline. Yes we're projected to have a large population than Germany in 50 years so that could mean a bigger economy. Unfortunately, higher nominal GDP doesn't take into account social aspects.

  7. Russia most certainly did not do it alone? But Stalin didn't really care how many Russians died in order to defeat the Nazis. Returning Russians would have either been shot or sent to Siberia.

  9. If that's the case why did so many large multinationals such as JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and numerous others support Remain and donate millions directly and indirectly to the campaign? Also, Farage has been a eurosceptic long before 2015.

  13. I agree. I find the EU has far more similarities between the Soviet Union. At least in terms of how it is structured. Both my grandparents who fought in the war voted to leave the EU.
