  3. His actions in Europe do not help his business interests? There is a Tesla car factory in Germany and its expansion is being opposed by German environmentalists. It is completely obvious what Musk is up to.

  4. He is not good at engineering. He bought into Tesla when the design of their cars was largely finalised. His one attempt at design, the Cybertruck, is a manifest failure, with Tesla trying to force people who have paid a deposit to complete by year end or lose their deposit (torquenews) and sales declining (msn). Meanwhile SpaceX is running massively over budget.
