Striped Hyenas aren’t the bottom of the food chain, there’s videos of lone striped Hyenas stealing a kill from a wolf pack. Spotted Hyenas have a higher kill success rate than all the big cats.

@andrewvirtue5048 what part of Australia do you live? I’m curious cos we don’t get these massive amounts of snakes and the occasional huntsman and white tail in the shed but that’s it, no snakes in my backyard or anyone I know lol

@greatonesquidly8097 yeah I’ve got family in Cairns and I’ve heard a lot about the snakes up there, lucky in Melbourne it’s not a very common thing to snakes but in country Victoria in summer there’s a lot of brown snakes apparently 💀

@potatoharvey9697 Hyenas are highly successful hunters, much more successful than Lions. How can they be scavengers but at the same time people cry that they eat animals alive? Does that even make any sense to you? Hyenas haters are proper dumb 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

Female predators like Lioness and Tigress go for cubs too, it’s not about bringing a male into heat lol obviously it’s more about eliminating competition, Lioness is just as murderous as Male Lions when it ain’t her cubs

@Malewrestling but there isn’t even evidence of Tigers hunting female Bears in Russia, that’s just as much the same fable as Leopard killing Silverbacks. I’m a simple man, video or photo evidence or it didn’t happen. I’m so simple that I watch a male Tiger get bodied by a female mother Sloth Bear and that’s enough for me to know that no Tiger on Gods green earth can take on a Grizzly, female or male grizzly, no way, Tiger wouldn’t even be able to kill a Male Sloth Bear.
