@leiajiang7877 while Australia focuses on feral cats, the dingo and fox are still the next biggest killers (dingo has killed off 11 natives) and nobody cares, we call the feral dog our native 🤦🏻♂️ meanwhile, attests the cats were killing the mice, now look what we’ve got with no cats 🤷🏻♂️

It’s too late, they killed off 2 million feral cats so you’ll have to get yourself a domestic cat like a Siberian or Mancoon, hunting cats that are known to want to hunt rats, etc.

This doesn’t happen every year, as much as people want to deny it, this year it’s been worse because 2 million feral cats were killed. Simple science that everyone wants to ignore, kill off Tom, now you get millions of Jerry 🤷🏻♂️

@iqseventy lmao it’s not a yearly cycle wtf? You think of rat plagues happen like this every year? Why would anybody farm there 😂🤦🏻♂️ this is rare, ask any farmer this doesn’t happen every year lmao imagine if it did.

Snakes aren’t as prolific in Australia as the world believes. They hibernate for the bulk of the year and only come out in summer and even then, you don’t see them, they’re hidden, usually. But it’s currently winter in Australia so no snakes and Australia killed off the bulk of the feral cats so no cats killing the mice either

@xanebateup8069 no they shouldn’t, neither should the Dingos that killed off 11 native species but we adopted it in as a native. Wonder why? Is it ok to kill off 11 species? Just trying to understand the logic of my fellow Australian’s cos my own people do my head in. Nothing makes sense. Brumby’s also do far more damage to the environment than feral cats, they’re actually destroying an entire ecosystem bu trampling the headwaters of our streams in the high country but again, we don’t want to cull them cos people loves horses. I’m sure you can understand why I don’t take it so seriously when I watch people pick and choose what is and isn’t deadly to our native ecosystem. Maybe if the feral cats only killed 11 species, we’d adopt them in and call them a Catgo? Like we did with Dingos? 💀

@xanebateup8069 if someone wants to have a cat on their own private property that is up to them.

@dcrypt3373 and dingoes killed off 11 natives species and what did we do? Adopt it in as a native lmao cos it’s a dog. Cats were controlling these mice and can’t get into the native marsupials burrows like mice can lol and so mice are massacring the native marsupials burrows lmao I love watching the cat culling backfire 😂

@EastlakeRasta7 lmao, 2 million feral cats killed off and at the same time the biggest mouse plague in decades, sure mate, just a good old coincidence 😂🤦🏻♂️

@EastlakeRasta7 no person in Australia has ever said that cats have killed off all the snakes, you’re just making shit up. It’s common knowledge that snakes sleep through 6 months of the year and only come out in summer. All the snakes are asleep, not dead 🤦🏻♂️

@EastlakeRasta7 the only birds that kill mice are birds of prey, no house cat is killing an eagle or Hawk. The Hawk kills cats, not the other way around. Any Lizard that’s killed by a Cat was never going to be enough to kill a mouse anyway. Cats only kill tiny Lizards so that doesn’t make any sense either. Any Lizard big enough to eat mice isn’t getting killed by a cat, again it’ll be the house cat getting killed by the Lizard. You guys overrate house cats too much, they’re not Lions, they can only kill animals smaller than them! That means any animal bigger than 2kg’s is safe from house cats. Cats kill little Geckos and small lizards not the mice eating lizards, they’ll eat the cat! 😆

@Fomites the Australian government allowed the culling of 2 million feral cats in 2019, google it my friend. Fellow Aussie btw

@rosekay5031 I have a Siberian cat too and he doesn’t stop playing, he kills everything and acts like a dog. Your Siberian isn’t a psycho with the playing? He’s an indoor cat so maybe he’s more full on than most 💀

@magos2610 some breed of cats specifically hunt mice though and don’t bother with birds, other animals etc. they can be trained to be rewarded for it, very dog like.

So the cats just mingle and chill on the bed with a deadly crocodile? The Tuttle dominates and steals crocs food from its mouth and how did she get the crocs down to Victoria? We don’t have crocs in south east Australia and I thought it would be illegal but I guess she got a licence for them. How do crocodiles go in cold Victoria when they’re meant to live in the tropics? So many questions 😄
