  1. The fact that it’s so so bad and so so easily fixed but the gov won’t do it (remove negative gearing) makes me smell corruption and a conflict of interest, bush money or donor money for politicians to keep the rich rich for ex. It’s kind of giving communist party corruption

  2.  @gonsleiva3595  there’s is absolutely zero evidence that first home buyer grants are making the problem worse, that’s rediculous, between the massive 20% deposit, income, bank statement audit of take away for ex, heavy judgment on credit criteria, and extreme house and land cost, the odds are stacked extremely negatively towards the first home buyer and suggesting the grant makes the housing problem worse is hilarious, all the above heavy scrutiny criteria is still in play if not a bit more judgmental cos you took government help.
