  1. Agreed. The FED blew the housing market up with ultra-low interest rates, and now they're going to do the opposite. Average mortgage rates have risen very sharply since the start of the year. With the prospect of several more interest rate rises this year (including some 50-basis point hikes), the housing bubble will well and truly burst IMO. https://youtu.be/gRM4IF6_D1k
