  2. Well, the FED blew the housing market up with ultra-low interest rates, and now they're going to do the opposite. Average mortgage rates have risen very sharply since the start of the year. It can either let inflation spiral out of control and potentially destroy the entire economy, or raise interest rates agressively and their borrowong costs on 30 Trillion National Debt rise exponentially.   5. Housing Affordability Is currently the worst it’s ever been, and newly released data reveals just how bad this Crisis has become. In many countries, house prices are greater than 10x the average household income. This means that even middle-income earners are struggling just to afford a home. If housing affordability continues to deteriorate at these levels, we could see a massive section of our community never able to realise home ownership, and this is a disaster IMO. https://youtu.be/9vcXdnjbMRs
