  1. Excellent video! Getting in trouble for taking a different, simpler and ultimately wildly successful approach is the story of my career. Dogma is the enemy of innovation. One question: where does the concept that ideas are equal arise from agility? It isn't something I came across when I worked for an actual agile company.
