  1. I have been thinking about the edges of design Dave has mentioned in several videos and how they are to be avoided. My experience is the opposite: that the surest way to create value is to embrace the edges and make that your starting point. Because that is where the user is so you can constantly test for value as well as function. I think the examples in this video illustrate my point.
