Thats 1% of Chinas population. Why is that you determine how a whole country has grown by the management of that 1%? There is a reason why China treats the 1% that way. And thats assuming they treaty 100% of the Uyghurs and Tibetans that way and both you and I know thats false. China treats terrorist bad. Not average Uyghurs/Tibetans. Get it right.
