  3.  @SanyHand  I just checked. North Koreas homicide rate is lower than Thailands. And Japans homicide rate is THE lowest in East Asia. So dont tell me Japans not safe and Thailand is. The homicide rate in Thailand is over 20x that of Japan.

  5.  @SanyHand  What do you mean thats not homicide? Killing someone other than yourself is literally the definition of homicide. And yes, thats a crime. And I trust reputable sources. Most trusted sources say its about the same rate. If you dont trust that then remove North Korea from the picture and not include it in the conversation. If you want to include NK in the conversation then you must use the data thats available. Also, you seem to say North Korea has a very high homicide rate, wheres your evidence for that?
