You could be rich under dictatorship (Singapore) and poor under democracy (India) as well. Political system doesnt mean anything when it comes to wealth.

@mllyett1901 Im using official figures issued by HK police, which is independent from Chinas government mind you. 300k at its peak for any one day. Thats less than 5% of HKs population. And it pretty much the same people protesting at every other protest. So its still less than 5% of HKs population, not 1/3 as its the same people.
