  1. Ruler The Lion I dont think you understand. Its not about zero cases. Its about zero deaths. And its not isolating the entire city, its isolating the entire building complex or block. And no country is doing "mass vaccinations" anymore. Even though its available, people arent "up to date" with their vaccination for the vaccine to be effective.
