  3.  @yohei72  Walking on the streets outside of designated areas is illegal in HK. They should be arrested if they follow the rule of law. Or were you suggesting they should be able to walk freely on the streets whenever they want without consequences? Police only got brutal when citizens were resisting arrests or were assaulted by them.
