@canopyfields He was making decisions? If not, why talk about it? Moreover, even the government of TW doesnt claim TW as a "country". Read up their constitution. They constitutionally claim to be the country called "China".

How does dialog from some random person on the internet talking about something irrelevant matter? And PRC and ROC still have not signed any armistice nor peace treaty. Whats up with that?
