If it is Chinas fault then why is the virus contained in so many countries? Because China also let them be contained? Clearly its the governments fault of the infected country. Yet no blame on them... "Still no apology, just arrogance" Yeh I dont think in the history of this planet any country has "apologised" for any virus. So why now do you expect one from China?
